Have you heard?? Michael's new album release: 14 Dec 2010!

One of our friends mentioned that Michael thinks this was his favourite album. It's just such a pity that it wasn't   released when he was alive. Can you imagine the tours he would have held for this album? Sigh...

Anyway, the album will be released on the 14th of December 2010...that is in less than 2 weeks! Geeeee....I cant wait! We have already pre-ordered it!

Have you?

Anyway, you can go to my FB page to listen to 2 of his songs: 'Breaking News' and 'Much too soon'. http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100001796888421
Some people said that its not his voice...what do you think?

Xmas is the goal!

Hi all,

Today we watched a video on youtube about how Elizabeth Taylor helped to celebrate M.J's very first Xmas. It was really heartwarming and fun! At the same time, it was sad and touching when we thought about how this Xmas will be spent without MJ in this world.

That's why we have decided 2 things.

1.) We will call our collaborators Michael's Angels...so essentially, we are still recruting Michaels' Angels!

2.) We have also decided that the 2nd e-book should roll out on Xmas eve. We envision Michael's fans all over the world sitting by the fireplace with a hot cocoa, browsing through the 2nd e-book, and reminiscing all the memories. (Ok...this is like a scene from a Xmas story...but we think it's quite possible =P )

Therefore, to those of you out there who would like to join us as one of his angels, please contact us ASAP! We need to compile everything, so all submissions should be in by the end of November/mid Dec =)

It is going to be AWESOME! ALL FANS who contributed will be EXTENSIVELY RECOGNISED in the e-book.

=)

Vive le Roi! Trailer

Hi everyone!

We've decided to compile more stuff and make a 2nd e-book!  If you're reading this, and wish to join us in the making of this e-book, please contact us! All inputs and help will be most appreciated =)
We will recognise all contributions and will put your name in every page you have contributed =D That's a promise...

You can use this online software, or anything you like.

If you've no idea what this e-book is all about, you can take a look at the trailer we made here.
Or...you are welcome to download it (since it has quite a number of pages). You will see that it's really pretty cool...(nah, not bragging...but we're darn proud of it! lol!) Download here

Maybe we could start the ball rolling by telling you how we went about doing it. You can contribute at any stage. We will break it down into 2 - drafting & conceptualising.

The draft:

We do the draft on anything...microsoft word, nice and clean A4 papers, or doodling on scrap papers during uber boring lectures...you name it! Afterall, they say that inspiration can come anytime and anywhere =P So if you would like to contribute, perhaps you can draft it on a microsoft word doc, or anything which can show us your ideas clearly and coherently (please be sympathetic of the fact that we don't live in your heads, and so are not at the receiving ends of you neuronergic transmissions...haha! =P). Just send it to us at
mykoojackson@gmail.com or simply leave a comment on this post (or whichever one you wish).

The conceptualisation of YOUR ideas:

Well, for this part, we used a free online software called koobits. It can be found at
www.koobits.com. Signing up is free, and it is extremely easy to use! You can find out more about this cool software at this blog. It is maintained by the provider of the software. Basically, it works like a powerpoint, BUT it is way way way more fun to use, and it has more features too. We made our first e-book entirely using that software. We would prefer it if you could use this software too, for easy consolidation of all our work and so that we could all be on the same page.

We're sure it will be exciting! We already have a few participants from other parts of the world. =) We cant wait to get started!!

An open letter to fellow M.J. fans

Dear fellow fans of M.J.,
We’ve made this e-book which consist of videos, songs, pictures, and an archive of all his tours as a memorial tribute for the king because we couldn’t find anything like this anywhere else! We wish to share our work with you because we're sure that M.J. left a little part of himself in all of us…

Yours truly,

Remember Michael Jackson

On the morning of 25th of June last year, I vividly remember that it was a normal day...normal, until I switched the television on. The news was on, which was still normal, but my eyes almost popped out of their sockets when I read the scrolling marquee at the bottom of the screen. It said simply, "Michael Jackson is dead'".

My heart 'fell', much like it did when I saw the news on the collapse of the WTC. It was a sickening feeling and to be honest, I thought that it was some sick delayed April Fool's joke. My dream of attending an M.J concert had vanished forever.

I suppose, in some ways, he seemed like an immortal figure that I've never actually thought that he would one day die like all of us...

Then I came across this saying in a website. It's more of a quote, really...by Thomas Campbell. He said that, "To live in the hearts we leave behind is not to die." And so it dawned upon me that M.J IS immortal. His music and the memories he left behind will never be erased from the face of the Earth, ever.

So, I decided to compile what I could find on him and his life - sort of like a personal album, where I can go to reminisce all the good times and bad times M.J has comforted me through his songs. My friend suggested that I make it an e-book, and that I can use this cool online software thing. It's called Koobits

Finally, I've done the book with the help of some fellow M.J. fans! I've done a trailer too...=) Play Trailer
So now you know how we spent our summer holidays =P

We called it Vive le Roi! And we're really proud of it!
